If you previously filled out a paper or online membership form, Rayville Saddle Club may have already entered your information into the system.
Log in using the same email address you provided on your membership form.
If this is your first time logging in with that email, click the 'Reset Password' or 'Forgot Password' button to set up access.
Once logged in, your existing membership and history should appear in your Rider Portal automatically.
Make sure to use the exact email address you gave to Rayville Saddle Club. If you're unsure which email is on file, contact the club before registering a new account.
๐ Returning User
Go to the Rider Portal login page.
Sign in with Google, Apple, or your email and password.
You'll be taken directly to your Rider Portal dashboard.
If you don't receive a login or reset email within a few minutes, check your spam/junk folder. Contact Rayville Saddle Club if you continue to have trouble.
Once logged in, your Rider Portal is your home base. From here you can:
If you have multiple horses or riders in your family, use the tabs or dropdown to switch between them.
On the Rider Portal, your current membership status is shown at the top of the page.
If your membership is paid, you'll see a green 'Member' badge.
Your rider name, horse name, age division, and horse details are displayed on your membership card.
If any information looks incorrect, use the contact/inquiry button to notify the show office.
Membership fees are managed by Rayville Saddle Club. If you believe there's an error in your membership status, contact the organization directly.
From your Rider Portal, click on the 'Shows' tab.
Find the upcoming show you want to enter and click 'Enter Show'.
Select the classes you want to enter by checking the boxes next to each class name.
Review your selected classes and the fee summary at the bottom.
Click 'Add to Cart' to add your selections.
If you have multiple horses, repeat the process for each horse.
When ready, click 'Proceed to Checkout' in your cart to finalize your entry.
Some classes may have eligibility restrictions based on your age division, horse age, or horse height. Ineligible classes will be grayed out.
The office fee is automatically added to your total. This is required for all entries.
Rayville Saddle Club may accept one or more of the following payment methods:
After adding classes to your cart, click 'Proceed to Checkout'.
Select your preferred payment method if given a choice.
If paying online, you'll be taken to a secure payment page โ enter your card details and confirm.
After payment, you'll receive a confirmation and be returned to your Rider Portal.
Your entry will show as 'Submitted' on your Shows tab.
If you choose to pay in person, your entry is still submitted โ just bring cash/check to the show office on show day.
On your Rider Portal, click the 'Shows' tab, then select the show.
Click the 'Billing' sub-tab to see a full breakdown of your fees.
You'll see each class fee, office fee, any discounts, and your total balance.
Payments already recorded will be shown, and your remaining balance (if any) will be displayed.

If your balance doesn't look right, contact the show office using the inquiry button on the portal.
From the Rider Portal, click on the 'Shows' tab and select the show.
Click 'Class Sheets' or 'Results' to view posted placings for each class.
Click on the 'Points' tab from the main Rider Portal to see your cumulative points for the season.
Points are updated by the organization after each show is finalized.
Results may not be immediately available after a show โ the organization typically finalizes and posts them within a few days.
If you can no longer compete in a class, you can scratch it from your entry.
Go to your Rider Portal and click the 'Shows' tab.
Select the show, then go to the 'Entries' sub-tab.
Find the class you want to scratch and click the 'Scratch' button next to it.
Confirm the scratch when prompted.
The class will be marked as scratched and the show office will be notified automatically.
Scratching a class does NOT automatically guarantee a refund. Refund eligibility depends on Rayville Saddle Club's refund policy and the timing of your scratch.
You cannot scratch a class after the show has been marked as completed.
If you've scratched a class and believe you are eligible for a refund, you can submit a refund request through the portal.
Go to your Rider Portal, click 'Shows', select the show, then go to the 'Billing' sub-tab.
Click the 'Request Refund' button (only available if a refund may be applicable).
Enter the amount you are requesting and the reason for the refund.
Click 'Submit Request'.
The organization will review your request. You'll be able to see the status (Pending, Approved, Denied) on your portal.
Refund decisions are made by Rayville Saddle Club based on their refund policy. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.
Approved refunds are processed by the organization โ allow a few days for processing.
If you have questions or something doesn't look right on your portal, there are two ways to reach out:
